According to Shourya Magotra, Director of Product at WARPSPD, the current focus of the company is to expand their client base in the US market, adding new names to their already impressive portfolio which includes Apple, GAP and BoConcept, who already use the mobile and AI developments they offer. 

Magotra explains how Sendinblue has helped the company’s operations and growth by being the only email marketing platform offering a solution that allows them to manage multiple sub-accounts, whilst remaining flexible,user-friendly and very competitive.  

A secure and reliable solution to manage their sub-accounts

From an operational perspective, the company needed to send communications campaigns after the data collection and analysis process in their own platform, which determines the adequate message for each final user. Given the large volume of data collected and the high level of personalization they need for the campaigns of each of their clients, they looked for a solution that would comply with their technical and security requirements, all in a centralized platform with the option of having sub-accounts.

After screening the different solutions available in the market, they discovered that Sendinblue’s Enterprise solution checked all the boxes regarding their IT requirements. The flexibility of having a dedicated IP for each sub-account, for example, was definitely one of our requirements when searching for a solution explains Magotra. Dedicated support and easy integration

WARPSPD initially adopted the Sendinblue solution at the end of 2018. At the time, it was extremely important to the company’s CTO to review all the technical requirements with Sendinblue’s commercial team, which was achieved with a presentation of all the elements and features of the platform. According to Magotra, “this process was quick and easy”, and they were ready to implement the solution within days after the initial conversation. 

As WARPSPD’s primary objective was the ability to send transactional emails and SMS, an easy integration of their own platform with Sendinblue was crucial, to ensure the deliverability of these messages to users. They are able to achieve this by using the API and the email and SMS features of the platform. “Having real-time analytics regarding our transactional emails and being able to confirm the on-time delivery are both very important to us”, explains Magotra.

According to the product director, the email feature is very stable and straightforward to use. Magotra indicates how there has never been any issues from his team while building emails on the platform. The dashboard also gives him a very clear overview of how his clients are using their credits in the platform, so it is easy to track the consumption of each sub-account. 

Having chosen dedicated IPs for each sub-account, WARPSPD’s team needed to complete an IP warming process, to avoid having any incidences with their deliverability. Magotra explains how the support from their Customer Success Manager helped them accomplish this step:When we had to do the IP warming, our dedicated Customer Success Manager was really proactive in sharing with us all the best practices, explaining how we need to warm up the IPs, how to create the campaigns, the promotions and the transactions. We have never gotten any red flags or warnings from customers or our analytics about our emails landing in the spam foldersays the product director.

Magotra highlights that the relationship with the Customer Success Manager and commercial team has been important, not only to handle efficiently any issues that might arise, but the proactive approach from the Sendinblue team has also helped them stay organized and plan ahead.

A significant increase in deliverability and enhanced control

A year on, Magotra reports an increment in their deliverability rate between 5 and 10%. The company’s current focus is on achieving strong deliverability rates for both email and SMS, as well as gaining more user subscriptions as they grow in different markets. 

Magotra acknowledges that features such as automation have many uses in a sector such as e-commerce and retail technology, and they plan to explore how to implement and leverage them to make their own solution more robust, and for this, having the direct support from a dedicated Customer Success manager at Sendinblue will be all the difference. “We’re looking forward to continuing to get excellent support from the Sendinblue team, it will be crucial to achieve success in our campaigns”, adds Magotra. 

Another important element for WARPSPD, has been having a very user-friendly and self-explanatory platform they feel they are in control of. For Magotra’s team, the ability to customize the branding of the platform has been instrumental in maintaining their image aligned across teams and markets.
