Personalized onboarding and training
Following the signature of your custom Enterprise contract with your Account Executive, your newly assigned dedicated Account Manager will reach out to you to discuss your use cases and prepare a tailored onboarding plan for you and your team. In parallel, they'll be setting up your account, backed by our team of technical experts, so that you can get going as soon as possible.
An important part of the implementation of Sendinblue is the "warm up" of your dedicated IP address, which will ensure best-in-class deliverability. With most customers, the overall onboarding process takes 6 to 12 weeks.
